NASHUA – Blessed with a sunny spring day, Portland, Maine-based indie rock quartet Pinsky hit the Nashua streets to film their second major music video recently.
Peter Vachon, guitarist and singer for the group, wrote “Losing Touch,” the title track from Pinsky’s first full-length album, to be released in June.
“It’s kind of indie-rock alternative,” Vachon said. “We take a lot of influence from some of the early ’90s bands, emo bands. … We try to encompass a lot of those styles and make it our own.”
Vachon said all of Pinsky’s songs are based on true stories.
“The whole album is about mending relationships,” he said. “Not just with girls but, you know, with friends and family.”
